How long does it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Our regular grills will ship between 24 to 48 hours after order is placed. If  a grill is on backorder, it might take up to 3 weeks but you will be notified immediately if this happens.

Due to supply shortages, some grills may take longer than expected to arrive while we wait for grill parts to arrive.

Please take in mind that our grills are made and shipped from Mexico which is why there may be delays on receiving.
